Honestly, after all that research I STILL did not feel prepared and when I landed was overwhelmed and required a lot of assistance from hotels and local guides. With that in mind I wanted to share this experience with others but take out all the worry or struggles so that you can absolutely get the most out of your trip and relax knowing you’re taken care of.
That's why this Group Trip is completely ALL INCLUSIVE! We take care of EVERY detail so you can focus on all the fun and beauty Egypt has to offer!!
Lower Egypt
Eight sun filled days exploring Cairo, Giza, and the Siwa Oasis.

Depending on our itinerary we may spend the day adventuring to the Pyramids of Giza, camel riding around the desert, wandering through the Egyptian Museum, visiting Saqqara , or shopping at the Khan el Khalili bazaar…

Accomodations for Lower Egypt
What better place to stay but in our BRAND NEW hotel in the heart of downtown Cairo!
Every morning we will have authentic Egyptian breakfasts ready for us before our big day of exploring. In the evenings after our tours you can go explore the city.
​
We have 8 boutique rooms available some of which have multiple beds (Queens and Fulls) so determining on how many people join our tour we will assign rooms. We will do our best to make sure everyone is comfortable but we cannot guarantee you won't share a room with another adventurer- just FYI!
​
The second part of our week we will be exploring the Siwa Oasis. We will roadtrip into the Egyptian desert where we'll arrive at the Oasis and be greeted with Hibiscus tea and our hosts of the Eco Lodge.

Accomodations for Upper Egypt
Ready to cruise down the Nile just like Cleopatra did-- IN STYLE!

Hop aboard the Nile Cruise that caters breakfast, lunch, and dinner including tea time. Our ship has many lounge areas, including a sun deck with pool so you can bask in the sun as we relax before each stop at the temples along the Nile.
​
Your room is shared accomodations with your group or another adventurer. Each room has it's own sliding door to feel the Nile breeze from your room.
​
While in Hurghada we will be staying at a resort near the ocean to enjoy the gorgeous Red Sea.
Upper Egypt
After indulging in Lower Egypt or if you're just joining us, we’ll fly to Aswan where we will board the Nile Cruise to travel as Cleopatra would have on the Nile.. IN STYLE!
For the next seven days you will lose yourself in the mystery of the temples and tombs of the Queens and Kings of Old. Visiting Egypt’s most sacred sites and reveling in sunrise over Luxor from a hot air balloon- an absolute must for your bucket list!

out to the desert-
the WHITE DESERT!
Visit the Crystal Mountain,
sandboard the dunes,
and have dinner cooked by a
Bedouin under the stars.
We'll camp one night and the next morning visit the Black Desert on our way back to Cairo.

Payment plan
For the payment plan option each package will be full price $2,800 for the weekly packages and $5,600 for the Ultimate package. To reserve your spot a down payment of $800 (NON refundable) is required, afterwards our team will reach out to you about setting up a payment plan depending on the package you chose. Note: Plans will be needed to be paid in full by the time of the retreat.

Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, a 50% refund of the total price will be issued up to 30 days of the start date. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat will not be refunded.

TRAVEL AGREEMENT AND INSURANCE
Once we've recieved your booking information we will send you a travel agreement - waiver. It is a requirement for the trip and you won't be able to attend until we receive your signed form. Be sure to select on the form if you will have travel insurance or waiving it. I highly recommend to purchase travel insurance just incase of unforseen circumstances but it is not required. (For Travel Insurance I recommend World Nomads but you can choose whatever fits best for your needs.)

VISA
A VISA is required to enter Egypt. When you arrive at the Cairo airport you will be able to get your VISA there- it is $25 USD cash. FYI they do not accept cards, so be prepared to have cash with you or find an ATM in the airport.
​
FLIGHTS
You will want to book your flights in/out of Cairo International Airport (CAI). If you have booked the package including the Nile cruise, your domestic flights are included.
